Ads may NOT be changed once placed - If I reject the ad - you will receive a full refund...

If you change your site - after your ad has been place - and that change is what I would consider to be either, adult, obscene, offensive or illegal - I will terminate your ad... and you will not be entitled to any refund...
Your purchase today - is a ONE time payment - and your ad will remain up - for as long as the site is online OR for 5 years from today's date of 9-4-06 - - - which would make that Sept. 4, 2010 - - - (whicher comes first) If your website goes down for more than a week - and the link is dead - I may decide to remove it - and there will be no refund... and the link will not be resubmitted...
If for whatever reason - you need your link remove - I will do that - but you will not get a refund of any sort...
Your purchase of ad pixels - you do NOT own - any part of the homepage or the site...
Your purchase allows for you to submit your link and image - which will then be placed in the open spot you have selected and pre-paid for via PayPal...
Select your image and link carefully - they can not be changed... and there are no refunds...
Do NOT use someone elses graphics...
Your ad space images must be the exact size you have paid for for example 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels
Your ads image - must be in either .gif or .jpeg format and be of a reasonalbe file size...
No animated graphics...
Links must be to WEB pages only - and are to begin with http://
You may only submit images and links for ads in which you have the authority to advertise for...
Payment - Funds must be cleared before your pixel ads will go live on the site... Your ads will 95% of the time be placed within the first 24-48hours..
Occassionally there may be a bit of site downtime - for site manintenance... but just for brief moments...
