Contest - Overview & Rules

Welcome to ReggingDRUNK.com. Below is an overview of how domains submitted to us are chosen for our weekly voting, and what happens when a domain wins. This page will also go over our rules, please be sure to read over everything

So how does this all work?

First of all, you do NOT have to own the domain you are submitting. Feel free to submit a few of your own (don't deny it, you have domains that you regret buying - dontcha?), but they can be any domain you may happen to stumble upon. :)

Domains can be submitted by visiting here or following the link in the top navigation. Domains can be submitted by both our ReggingDRUNK.com registered users, and guests; however, for your domain to be eligible for prizes; from our weekly voting, you have to be a ReggingDRUNK.com registered member (which is free and easy to do). You can do so here.

The process that chooses a winner is completely automated, and a winner is determined by their final rating + number of votes All domains submitted in the period between the end of the last vote, to the beginning of the next vote are eligible, as long as they meet our rules. (see below)

Rules

1. Domains can NOT contain adult terms or foul language. We have a filter in place that will reject adult domain names. Please keep it clean.
2. Only the following (cc)TLD's are accepted:
   .com .net .biz .info .us .org .mobi .co.uk
3. Domains can only be submitted once. Multiple submissions of the same domain isn't allowed, this is also rejected by our filter. The Root Domain is what is logged - so submitting the same in other versions such as .com .net .biz etc... will be rejected.
4. You may only have ONE account with us. If you're found to have multiple accounts, you will be banned; and your domains in our database will be made ineligible for voting.
5. You will NOT be notified if your domain wins; other than an alert in your account area, or on the winners page found here. You are responsible for checking back to see if your domain has won and for claiming your prize (see Rule 5)
6. If the domain you submitted wins, you only have 7 days to claim your prize. If you fail to claim your prize in those 7 days, your prize will expire, and the domain will be left as ineligible to win again. It is your total responsibility to check back to see if you have won and to follow the procedures outlined for claiming that prize in a timely manner. There are no exceptions to this rule. 7. Domains that win, may only win once. (Domains are based on the ROOT Domain and not the extension).
8. Each Registered Member of ReggingDrunk.com - - - may only vote ONCE per domain per voting period. Tracking is done via IP and Member Name.
9. We process inquiries from members on a daily basis. We hope to have your "domain push" to you within 72 hours after receiving your full WHOIS information to make the "push" process correctly. If your prize is something other than a domain name such as NP$ - same 72 hours turnaround is our goal. If your prize is something that requires postal mail or shipping... that will be according to the shippers schedule... (we only postal mail or ship - within the USA)
10. If you select a domain name as your prize - you need to meet the Registrars requirements in order to accept the free domain "push" to your account.
11. If you select the AD, which runs for 7 days, as your prize - you MUST use the AD within 60 days.

There is a page where we have all the possible prizes listed for this week... We strive to keep that list current, but sometimes maybe not as current as we'd like....

In the event you select a prize that is no longer available you will be given the opportunity to select another prize and will have another 7 days to do so...

If the prize you select is a Domain Name from our list - you will need to either have - or set up a free account with whichever Registrar holds that particular domain name. There will be NO transfer fee charged to you to "Push" that domain into your account. It will be a FREE - "push" into your account.

Once that domain has been pushed to you it's yours to do with as you wish according to whatever the rules are of that particular Registrar. We are not responsible for typos.... or errors as it relates to the domains posted as prizes.

You are required to provide your correct information for Name, Address, Phone Number and valid eMail contact address for the Registrars WHOIS records.
